An SPV will be incorporated to purchase each pre-determined property/properties.

Shares will be issued in each SPV reflective of the sum invested i.e. £1 = 1 Share. The properties owned by the SPV will be leased to an RP, CBS or CIC on 40 Year Inflation Linked FRI Leases generating an initial 6.7% gross, 5% net return annual income, passed to investors through dividends.

Shares are available to Investment Funds, Sovereign Wealth, Family Offices, High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investors with a minimum purchase of £50,000 per transaction. Shares are reflective of the purchase price. i.e. £50,000 is equal to 50,000 shares.

Shareholders will benefit from the long-term rental income by annual dividend paid quarterly in arrears, plus a 50/50 profit share with Nurtura Living should the target exit materialise within 5 years by flotation or institutional sale.
